Storage means the space used by retained backups, not the size of your source server. Retention and backup frequency depend on your data, change rate and available quota. GB denotes decimal gigabytes.

What is the difference between the two services?
A licence-only plan supplies agent licensing for your own backup environment. A hosted plan adds a backup account and storage quota, with one agent included. Your server hosting is separate from both.
Does 100 GB cover a 100 GB server?
Not necessarily. Your first backup and later changes share the quota. The space required depends on the data selected, change rate and retention. Assess these during setup before choosing a plan.
How many days of backups are included?
The launch retention policy is being tested. We will state the schedule and retention terms before hosted orders open. The published service terms will confirm the retention period.
Which operating systems do you support?
Compatibility depends on the operating system, kernel and R1Soft version. Provide those details for a compatibility check before purchasing. The launch compatibility list is still being verified.
Is support available around the clock?
Standard support operates Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK local time. Premium support is not available at launch. An out-of-hours ticket does not include an immediate response commitment.
Can I pay in my preferred currency?
We plan to offer GBP, EUR and USD. Choose a display currency above; the final checkout will confirm your billing currency and applicable tax.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Launch plans are billed monthly with no multi-month commitment. Cancellation timing, refund terms and the backup deletion schedule will be available before ordering opens.
